PayPal now allows Malaysians to withdraw funds…

Hmmm. Not quite the good news that every Malaysian PayPal seller has been waiting for, but still better than not being able to withdraw money at all. Now the question turns to that of which Malaysian credit card(s) allow you to have your credit balances shipped back to a regular bank account. Otherwise this won’t really work for you, unless your credit card spending exceeds that of your PayPal receipts. (In which case you probably need help… of a different kind)

Come on PayPal, let us withdraw to a proper bank account please!

  1. I’m just glad to be able to get my money out PERIOD.

  2. Hrmmm, looks like it may encourage increased spending with our credit cards then. Shouldn’t the Malaysian government encourage us to use our credit cards less, as so many of all fellow Malaysians are already battling with credit card debt!

  3. BTW, I’ve decided to open a Singapore bank account instead to get the money out. No charges if you more than withdraw S$800, and can be transferred out to the bank account. :D
