Unconventional Advertising Methods
When our client approached us with the concept of wanting a modern, futuristic website for jobseekers and employers, we first thought, “Oh nooo, another Jobstreet spinoff!”. But it seemed like an interesting proposition, and we had the opportunity to implement a Web 2.0 feel to it. Plus, our clients were very, very nice and accommodating. Thus, our developers worked on it and Allyhunt was born.

After completing the site, with an extensive backend system for all users of the site, we were told briefly about some of the advertising plans that they had. Interesting concept and unconventional, we thought. After implementation, we hit the streets to see what they had done.

Here’s a huge banner hanging below the KFC bucket in SS2! With the amount of traffic in that locality, the banner is sure to be spotted.

Then, we stopped for a drink at one of my favourite mamak shops – Murni, also in SS2. Lo and behold… the staff were wearing Allyhunt T-shirts! Wow, it’s definitely unconventional to provide clothes for the staff and earn advertising mileage at the same time.

As you can see, patrons do glance at the T-shirts that they wear… We at Integricity wish you all the best in your endeavours, and we hope to see even more innovative campaigns – bring in a live dolphin?

I love how branding oriented Allyhunt is.
Kudos! Wonder how they convinced the Murni guys to wear their shirts for them. I don’t think Murni needed the extra $$$…
