We're Growing too BIG for our Boots!

Win an iPod - courtesy of Integricity

First and foremost, welcome to Integricity’s new blog. We’re launching it today, and we want to give you a chance to win an iPod. It’s a simple contest, and yes, I know you hate slogans! Identify the location of any of these houses, and leave a comment on this post.

The Integricity family is growing in number, and we have outgrown our current premise. If we add any more to our current house office, Eric will have to work from his car! So, I’ve been calling up agents and driving around to look for prospective houses (I saw a good 50 last weekend!). Here are some of the houses we saw.

House/Office Options

And the one the three directors unanimously like…

House/Office Options - Most likely contender

If you’ve got a suggestion on where we should move to, do leave us a comment. If we do take up your suggestion, we’ll buy you a nice Japanese buffet meal! How’s that?

At the same time, we’d like to make our new place a lot more fun and happening – we won’t necessarily take into account all suggestions (sorry family!), but do tell us what you think, or experience in your office!

  1. I personally like the one with the huge compound. Big compound means easier for more expansion. :)

  2. Dude,
The house with the big tree and large compound.

So I don’t have to find parking space when I drop in. The way the cars are parked now outside your office is a turn-off to come in to pay you a visit!

  3. Melvin: Hahaha, thanks for the feedback.

Reserved VIP parking spots (under shady palm trees!) for our clients is the number two biggest thing on our wishlist for our new office!

Number one right now is a funky meeting room that’ll be condusive to brainstorming and getting creative juices flowing! :)

(Number somewhere-in-the-if-we-have-a-zillion-dollars list is free valet parking and a car wash whilst you have a meeting with us ;))

  4. What you need is space to make it condusive for holding effective and creative meetings. Don’t confine them to the 4 walls of the office. Take it outside.

But how often will you be having these meetings? What the staffs really need is a strategic location where they can get their BBQ lamb steaks (??) done and not worry about being summoned by MBPJ!

Keeping the staffs happy will go a long way in making the company ever so successful as the staffs are the pulse of the company! (which I’m sure you are already aware of based on the expansion taking place).

I’d like to say “Great Job!” to all the staffs of Integricity and you guys ROCK! Just a little reminder, “Never be indispensable in the company. If you’re indispensable, you can’t be promoted”.

    Ha!Ha!Ha!
