Now let's see... Mid-autumn Festival passed us a couple of weeks ago, and Ramadhan is about to end soon, which means Hari Raya will be upon us. With all these festive occasions, one can't help but think of all the delicious food! Indeed, food brings everyone together, young and old alike. There's a saying which goes: Either you live to eat, or eat to live. Malaysia is indeed a food country. And being in a multi-racial country helps to expose its citizens to the various cultures, food and spices. Many of us can probably whip up several different types of dishes ranging from Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western, Italian, maybe even Mexican! (I'm hungry already, shucks!) Now with so many festive season coming up, some of you might be making plans to do some travelling, be it local or abroad. Many would be making plans for the 'balik kampung' reunion. Remember to make sure that your car is in tip-top condition before you hit the roads. Traffic jams are a pretty common sight on our highways, and they can sometimes bring out the worst in all of us. Do adhere to road safety rules always. Here's wishing everyone a safe journey and good holiday ahead!
