It's April!

Anna: It's been 4 months since I've joined Integricity, and coming from a Psychology background, there is much for me to learn. I've learned that to reconcile a problem does not mean to reunite it with its brother, the MDA does not stand for Malaysian Dental Association, and a creative brief is not the same as briefs!

The journey has been really exciting, with awesome colleagues and bosses who are so patient and willing to educate. I'm thankful to God for everything, especially for the good food which Integricitizens are always on the lookout for (I've been warned to watch that waistline!).

Adeline: As for me, I joined Integricity as a finance executive in 2009. Back then, the focus was only on one company, Integricity Corporation. Soon after, Alex, the MD of Integricity Ventures implemented steps he had envisioned to grow the company to greater heights. I wonder if fate had decided that here is where I am able to grow more in my career path.

Although the work has become more challenging (sometimes to the point of me tearing my hair out!), I find the experience here wonderful. I like that the open concept is widely practised here - problems, no matter how big or small, are addressed diplomatically.

I'm glad that Integricity is moving towards bigger things, and everyone is growing with the company. It's a good reminder that in life, learning is never ending.
