The first half of 2010 has gone by; it’s time for a mid-year evaluation. At a personal capacity, how’s your progress? Any pounds shed? Did you manage to save that amount of money you promised yourself to? At an organizational level, is your team on the right track? It’s good to check now; if we had gone off-track, we have another 6-7 months to get our bearings right. The Technology Team at Integricity took some time for evaluation as well.

Now, when you flick on a light switch, light floods the room; turn the tap, and water flows – such are our expectations of our basic utilities, no matter when or which part of the city we are at. No one likes worrying about the complicated processes of how these supplies are channelled to our homes, schools and offices – they are somewhat invisible to us.

In the same way, we at Integricity Technology aspire “To Make Technology Invisible” for our clients. After discussions and evaluations, we’ve decided that this is the way forward from here. We feel that technology should make end-users productive, rather than bog them down with error messages, machines that refuse to boot up, emails that never arrive, data corruption, data backup procedures and many other technological issues which many face every day.

For SMI / SME companies who do not have in-house IT personnel to combat these issues, you have the option to outsource someone good to maintain your network at a reasonable rate.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our lovely clients who have entrusted us with your entire office computer network, as well as your email and web hosting platforms. We are glad to be of assistance in the improvement of your IT infrastructure for your organisations.

We will strive in continuing “To Make Technology Invisible” for you as we work alongside together.
