1. How soon will my account be setup and ready to use?

This depends on your domain name. If you have already registered your domain name with us, then it takes only 5 minutes to setup and activate your account. Otherwise, it will be ready to use 24 hours after you make the necessary name server (DNS) changes to your domain.

2. Can I transfer my site from another web host?

Yes! Just sign up for a web hosting package from us as usual, upload your files, make the necessary DNS changes and you're done. If you need help doing this, please contact us.

3. What if I exceed my diskspace / traffic allowance?

We will inform you via email. You will be given the option to upgrade to a higher package that comes with more diskspace / traffic.

4. What is your bandwidth usage policy?

As web hosting is done on a shared server environment, we implement a bandwidth usage policy to ensure that each and every customer is allocated a fair amount of system and network resources; and that no single account or customer uses resources in such a way that it causes a degradation of service to other customers. Each account has a cap of 15% system resources and this ensures that every customer enjoys high speeds and no system slowdowns.

5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan later?

Yes, you can. We don't charge any setup fee to upgrade, you just pay the pro-rated difference in price. Downgrading your account will incur an administrative fee of RM 50 or one month's fees, whichever is higher.

6. Can I custom-make my own hosting plan?

Yes! Just contact us with what you need and we'll be more than happy to give you a custom price.

7. Do your prices include domain name registration?

No, our prices do not include the cost of registering your domain name.

8. I would like to know more about your network / hardware / software

Our servers are located in world-class datacenters in the United States, United Kingdom and Malaysia. Amongst the standard features: redundant cooling, dedicated cable paths, complete two-stage power protection, Diesel generators, FM-200 fire suppression, 24-hour security, and diverse, redundant network service.

We only use top-of-the-line Intel and AMD-based servers, custom-built and extensively tested to exceed our demanding standards. Our hardware is chosen specifically for its reliability and interoperability with our operating systems.

9. Do you host adult sites / chat servers / IRC clients or bots?

No. Technical concerns about maintaining the quality of our service for our entire customer base have led us to establish a strict policy against adult-oriented sites, chat servers and IRC clients or bots. 10. Do you allow shell / telnet / SSH access?

We do not allow our customers to have shell, telnet or SSH access for security reasons.
