Local entrepreneurs and investors are constantly exploring ways in which they can leverage on technology to build new business empires. ACG Systems Sdn Bhd (ACG) is one of those companies that had a clear vision on what it wanted to achieve and looked to Integricity to provide the solution.

With clear short-term and long-term goals, we work closely with the Managers at ACG to refine business strategies and to reinforce commitment to achieving these goals. 

Integricity was approached by ACG to develop an e-commerce solution to sell collectibles, toys and comics. The ACG team is made up of experts and pioneers in this niche market and they therefore were already very familiar with their products right from the beginning.  

It was clear to Integricity that ACG wanted to become a major player in their industry. They were passionate about building an online empire that supports and compliments the interests of their clients as well as develop this niche market to reach its maximum potential.

We deployed our very own WebToolz Plus Content Management System (CMS) for ACG to manage their online store. The CMS is ideal for this business initiative because ACG had the need to constantly update the store with fresh news and products. We worked closely with ACG to develop business procedures and transaction flows to ensure that this e-commerce solution would be scalable and flexible enough for future expansion.  Integricity also provided ACG with an insight on web marketing and search engine optimization to increase popularity to their website.

ACG named their online store - idreamsilver.com.

Stage 1 - We launched idreamsilver.com in August 2002. Since then, it has seen a rapid growth in the variety of products it sells. The customer base has been growing at a steady rate. The online presence of idreamsilver.com is undeniable; it is now a major player in this niche market. Patrons of this niche market have many a time used idreamsilver.com as their benchmark for product pricing.

Stage 2 – Business and overall response from idreamsilver.com was so encouraging that in 2005, ACG decided to launch a retail store. The retail store was opened to compliment the idreamsilver.com online store, it also doubles as the storage location for items sold on idreamsilver.com. Integricity customized a Point-of-Sale System that integrated with the idreamsilver.com store so that managing stock and generating sales reports could still be done from our WebToolz Plus CMS.

ACG Systems now manages their retail and online store using our WebToolz Plus CMS. The organisation has been achieving all its short-term and long-term goals by leveraging on web technology with a little consultancy from us, every now and again. They have kept their business processes streamlined and optimized at all times by embracing information technology extensively. We are proud to be part of their success.
