Manage your guests using your Online RSVP. Set up your guest list online, and let the system auto-assign a random RSVP code to each guest. All you have to do is to remember to include the RSVP code in your wedding cards.
When your guests enter the code on your website, they are given the option to accept or decline your invitation. For an acceptance, they can state how many pax are coming. Options include allowing guests to enter a comment on the same RSVP screen and allowing your guests to go back and modify their RSVP status.
Finally, print out a report at any time that shows you the latest RSVP status of your guests. All data is easily exportable to Microsoft Excel for further manipulation.
