The transfer is free, but you will be charged the fee for an equivalent 1-year renewal which will add 1 year to your current domain expiry date.

There will not be any downtime to your website as this is a domain registrar transfer, not a web hosting transfer. Your web hosting is not affected - please see our hosting services if you would like to transfer your web hosting from another company.
