Life at Integricity’s HQ
Since starting Integricity, we’ve undergone many changes, both from the physical and social aspects. We’ve moved from a cold, corporate office into a comfortable (but still professional looking) house. And we’ve grown in number from 2 to 20 over the last 7 years – that definitely warrants me using earplugs at work now! Every Integricity family member is handpicked carefully, and we mandate them to adhere to our strict Integricity code of fun-loving, but hard-working.
Alex Lam, Managing Director

We spend our days exploring, using and learning about how creativity, technology and the internet can change businesses and â more importantly â change the lives of people everywhere. We get to be in the frontlines of some of the most exciting and innovative ideas and technologies. Our clients give us free ice cream, free golfing and free meals, amongst other things. And somehow, we are blessed enough to actually be paid to do all this :)
Warren Tan, Executive Director

I recall one day when our Senior Art Director sat us all down in the main hall with a heavy loaded bag next to him. He handed a miniature red car crafted out from an empty coke can to Warren of his passion for cars. Some little hand-made soft toy elephants were given to the girls and they started to squeal. Mike had just came back from a holiday trip to Vietnam and he got all of us souvenirs. No one was left out.
Family-likeness is something I enjoy most at Integricity. There many other instances of bonding sessions like this. Knowing that there is always someone behind you willingly backing you up at work, gives you some sort of security – just as what Stitch said in the movie Lilo & Stitch, “Ohana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind. Or forgottenâ?.
Eric Cheong, Account Manager

I ventured into the working world three years ago with Integricity. When I first started, there were five of us working at an office and now we’ve shifted to a home which has grown to over twenty people! (and still counting!)
Life’s certainly changed since back then, but the one thing that always remains a constant is the fun-loving environment that we work in. If you ever drop by our office on a Friday evening, you might even be able to catch us having tea and bonding with our colleagues!
Sarah Lam, Account Manager

After 3 years in advertising, I decided a change in work environment was due. I was ready for some new challenges. So, the job offer from Integricity was perfectly timed.
My Integricity experience so far has been the exposure to a wide range of industries and opportunities to help clients solve challenging but interesting design and online presence issues. By far, the best things about Integricity are the people. I have learned a great deal from my colleagues, who make me feel very much part of the team and give me all the support I need.
Clara Lim, Account Manager

I do not enjoy working at Integricity.
Just kidding :P
There are a lot of things that I like at Integricity: team spirit, openness, great people. I am sure Integricity is about people.
I love this company because it keeps it’s family spirit and wants to make everything it produces perfect. Even better: the nice people working here make this vision real.
I like the affability of my job, the way that Integricity allows me to shape it to fit my interests and skills. To see where we are today and where we will be in 3 years makes it so cool to think about where we were 3 years ago.
Integricity has definitely become a great part of my life!
Kelynn Soon, Account Manager

Conversations at Integricity are not mainly about Web 2.0, RSS, CSS, DSH, VPS or any of these jargon! We enjoy chatting about shopping, ice cream, diving, cars, adventure trips, etc⦠Life here, as many of us would agree â is never dull. We do have our unpleasant moments every now and again, but everything is quickly forgiven when we have our next bite of Tim Tams! Yum!
Terence Ooi, Senior Business Development Executive

Aside from the REALLY RED interior (I’m not complaining, really!), my stay here at Integricity has been a comfortable one. Having a creative bunch of wackos in here who find pleasure in whatever-thingamajig they do, very much motivates me to be more productive. And with the overgrown kids making each day entertaining as well as elevating, it allows me to feel welcome, which probably best explain why the toys, paper aeroplanes and manga fly around frequently. Itâs always “Half the work, twice the fun” in here! Sounds like an extension to college life, huh?
Kenny Chai, Art Director

Life at Integricity is about sharing and enjoying the food together. We’ve had cakes, biscuits, chocolates, cheese, ice cream and much more brought by or given to us by our wonderful clients and colleagues. As a result, most of us grow horizontally instead of vertically.
Having said that, we do maintain a balanced lifestyle by having badminton sessions to keep us fit and strong!
Josh See, Senior Developer

Fun loving, Friendly, Accommodating, Understanding, Caring, Passionate, Creative, Helpful, Hardworking, Fanatic, Crazy.
That’s what Integricity is made of.
Olivia Siow, Senior Designer

I first joined Integricity as a fresh graduate still on the path to self-discovery. Almost four months have passed and my journey so far has indeed given me a new perspective on my career goals. Integricity has exposed me to a wealth of ideas, experience and knowledge where every day I face new challenges and tread into the world of the unfamiliar. And I am loving every minute of it!
Yet the most gratifying aspect is that I get to work with a truly inspirational bunch of people, who with their colourful personalities add a daily dose of humour, sarcasm and non-stop laughter to my day at work. Indeed a dull day at Integricity is rather rare! Thus, howâs life at Integricity in a nutshell? Absolutely fabulous!
Raja Jesrina Arshad, Designer

At Integricity, we work very much as a family and team. We care for each other and often look after each otherâs back. I’m grateful to Integricity for the experience, and the growth goes beyond words!
Siew Hwan, Finance Executive

I joined Integricity several months back and I am loving the work environment as it is completely different from my previous company. Everyone here is friendly, and their willingness to help each other makes me feel secure. I have expanded my learning curve – improving my communication skills and picking up more responsibilities along the way.
